Adds a history retrieval job
When you add a history retrieval job the TRAC system begins fetching transaction history for the wallet from the source (Blockchain / Exchange).
- If this is the first history retrieval job then TRAC will build the full transaction history for the wallet.
- If TRAC has historical transactions on file from prior jobs then it will look for the latest transactions only and merge them to the data on file
- You may force a full history build at any time by setting the rebuild_entire_history parameter to true
